MENU

At Hazelton Manor, every event is catered entirely in-house. Our culinary team prepares each course fresh on-site at our Vaughan banquet hall, from the passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour through to the late-night station that closes the evening. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is pre-packaged, and no two menus look exactly alike.

The menu below is your starting point. You will find speciality selections across every course category: antipasto and hors d'oeuvres, reception stations, house-made pastas, soups and salads, beef, lamb, poultry, seafood, combination entrees, desserts, seafood platters, late-night stations, and a full bar service. Your dedicated event coordinator works with you to build these selections into one tailored menu, shaped around your event format, service style, and guest count.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific requirements are accommodated as part of standard service, plated and presented alongside the main course rather than brought out separately. Share your guests' dietary needs early so the kitchen can plan the full service around them.

How Our Event Catering Works?

Menus at Hazelton Manor are assembled course by course rather than chosen off a fixed list. Most events begin with a cocktail-hour selection of passed hors d'oeuvres or a reception station, followed by a plated multi-course dinner service, then a late-night station once the dancing gets started.

Every detail is confirmed before your event date: service style, course count, portion sizing, plating format, and timing relative to your program. The result is a menu that fits your event precisely rather than a generic package applied to your guest count.

Catering for Weddings, Corporate Events and Celebrations

Wedding Catering

Wedding catering is the largest and most detailed service category at Hazelton Manor. A typical wedding evening opens with a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and an antipasto display, transitions into a plated multi-course dinner service timed to the evening's program, and closes with a late-night station as the dance floor fills. Visit our wedding venue page for room layouts and package details.

Corporate Catering

Corporate catering is built around the schedule rather than the other way round - breakfast and break service for conferences, plated lunches for meetings, and full reception or gala dinner service for awards nights and holiday parties are all managed by the same in-house team. Our corporate event venue page covers AV, seating and capacity.

Proms, Milestones and Private Celebrations

For proms, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, quinceaneras and other private celebrations; Hazelton Manor's catering team typically works in a buffet or family-style service format. This approach keeps service moving while guests are active on the floor and allows the kitchen to maintain quality across a high-volume, high-energy event format. See our proms and semi-formals page for more details.

Dietary Accommodations

Our kitchen accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific meals as part of standard service, plated and served alongside the main course rather than brought out separately. To ensure every requirement is handled properly, confirm all dietary needs and allergy information when you submit your final guest count

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we customize the catering menu?

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific meals are prepared in-house and served with the rest of the table. Confirm all requirements when you submit your final guest count so the kitchen can plate accordingly.

Do you allow outside catering?

No. All food and beverage at Hazelton Manor is prepared and served by our in-house culinary team, which is how we keep quality and timing consistent across every course.

How many guests can you cater for?

Each of our two rooms seats up to 300 guests. Combined as one grand ballroom, we can cater up to 800 guests for social events or 1,200 for corporate functions.

How far in advance should we finalize our menu?
